Remittance guarantee, certification and security

We are aware of all the risks and responsibilities that professional entrepreneurship entails. We currently use a mediation agreement per project, plus a model agreement for self-employed persons. And for temporary workers, we work with a temporary employment contract per project, plus the ABU-CLA for temporary agency workers.

G-account

It is important that payments to the UWV and the tax authorities are made correctly and on time. The use of our G-account provides certainty in this regard. A G-account is a blocked bank account that can only be used to make payments to the tax authorities.

WKA statements

Every quarter, the Tax and Customs Administration issues a ‘Statement of Good Payment Behavior’ to Maqqie . This demonstrates that at the time of issue, the payroll tax, employee insurance premiums and national insurance schemes have been paid by Maqqie.

VCU certified

The certificate for VCU (Safety and Health Checklist for Temporary Employment Agencies) shows that we correctly support intermediaries in making placements where safety in the workplace is of even greater importance. Among others in industry, construction and petrochemicals. Incidentally, a working conditions checklist is required for all placements that we make.

VCA certified

The certificate for VCA (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors) shows that we meet the requirements in the HSE checklist for contractors and that we support employees correctly in making placements where safety in the workplace is of great importance. VCA certified companies work with an HSE management system that complies with the ARBO rules in the field of safety, health and the environment. Many clients only outsource work to VCA certified companies. Partly for this reason, all employees of Direct Jobs are at least VCA basic certified.

Certainty through NEN4400-1

A company that makes workers available and certifies itself in accordance with NEN 4400-1 distinguishes itself from rogue companies. NEN 4400-1 certified companies are set up in such a way that they meet the obligations from work. This gives your clients the certainty that they run as little financial risk as possible and are exempt from hirer’s liability.

Stichting Normering Arbeid

The SNA quality mark is for all private employment agencies and subcontractors of work. When obtaining the certificate, checks were made on, among other things, the declaration and payment of taxes, the payment of wages by the employees, the prevention of risks of liability and fines arising from the borrowing and subcontracting of work. This way your clients know that the employees they hire are paid in accordance with the laws and regulations and that risks related to liability are prevented.

VRO certified
